JRC offers consulting services in grant proposal development, research, and management information systems, and conducts research and evaluation in a broad range of criminal justice and social service areas.

Founded in 1996 by Jan Roehl, Ph.D., JRC has conducted dozens of research and evaluation studies which have influenced national policy and practice in community policing, partnership-based programs, drug courts, conflict resolution, and civil remedies for crime problems.

Today, JRC’s consulting services help non-profits, private organizations, universities, public agencies, and local units of government with grant writing and management, research and program evaluation, and the development and use of management information systems.

Based in Pacific Grove, California, at the southern tip of Monterey Bay, JRC works with clients throughout the U.S.
